Time Can Be Turned Back?

This was just submitted by Emitt Goldman, it appears that Emmit has been reading his daily paper again, Pravada, and the Russians are saying that experiments prove that time came be turned back based on successful experiments by both the United States and them. I sure hope this is true, I don't know about all of you but there sure is a few things ole C.I. would like to do different again if I had it to do all over again. WARNING - to those that think I have manipulated time on you, "It's all lies!"
